This blend was formulated to help stimulate the mind to open up and accept new things in life, enabling us to reach towards our higher potential. It may be beneficial in helping one overcome denial or procrastination and to help create a feeling of security.

💕 WHAT IT DOES 💕

When inhaled or diffused, this blend may help calm a troubled mind and promote feelings of confidence and courage. The oils contained in this blend provide great benefits to the nervous system and emotional balance.

Accepting situations whether physical or emotional is something we all deal with on a daily situation. Usually when we resist or we try to control the situation, things often times become worst or blow up in our face!

Acceptance gently helps us to accept challenges so we can move forward rather than meeting them with resistance, anger or resentment. This blend also helps overcome procrastination and denial.

It asks us to be more open as well and attract new things in our life whether it be people, relationships or animals.

💕 WHAT’S IN IT 💕

* ROSEWOOD – soothing to the skin, appeasing to the mind, relaxing to the body- this oil creates a feeling of peace and gentleness

* GERANIUM– during the 1600s, European gardeners would plant geraniums around their doorways to keep the evil spirits out. geranium is said to help release negative memories, ease nervous tension, and bring about a feeling of well-being and hope. It may also lower defenses that prevent an individual to being open to new ideas

* FRANKINCENSE– as one of the ingredients for the Holy Incense of the Bible, Frankincense was used in ancient times to enhance one’s communication with the Creator God. It also promotes a positive attitude

* BLUE TANSY– blue Tansy is said to help clear the liver and thus help one rid themselves of anger, thus promoting a feeling of self control

* SANDALWOOD– high in sesquiterpenes like frankincense, its chemical makeup helps oxygenate the brain, improving one’s attitude. It alleviates sour moods and helps one to accept others with an open heart.

* NEROLI– neroli has traditionally been used for it’s ability to heat he mind, body and spirit. It is calming and relaxing, and helps to strengthen and stabilize the emotions

* CARRIER OIL = Almond Oil

💕 IDEAS FOR USE – TOPICAL/ AROMATIC 💕

• Best when rubbed over the liver

• Apply behind the ears, on the chest, face, heart, neck, thymus and wrists

• Wear as a perfume or cologne

• Diffuse for a tranquil scent that encourages self-exploration, peace, and fortitudeInhale or diffuse during prayer and meditation for an introspective environment

Elevate your mood- place a drop in the palm of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and breathe deeply

Add a few drops to bath water for a soothing experience

If something is holding you back from moving forward away from a challenging situation (break up, loss of a loved one) try diffusing or inhaling Acceptance.

If procrastination has a hold of you, diffuse this and see if you can’t get motivated to begin

Diffuse or inhale when dealing with a physical problem to stop fighting it mentally and come to a state of peace

Use when facing difficult life challenges such as loss of a loved one, divorce, moving, job loss, etc

This oil was specifically blended to bring people into the moment. We must live in the moment in order to heal. We can not live yesterday, we can not live tomorrow. We have to live TODAY

⏳ WHAT IT DOES ⏳

Concentrating on the past or worrying about the future can be counterproductive.  Present Time essential oil blend has an empowering scent that heightens the feeling of “being in the moment”.

⏳ WHAT’S IN IT ⏳

  • NEROLI (orange blossom)a natural tranquilizer, helps with anxiety, nervous tension, shock, depression. Regarded traditionally by the Egyptians for its great ability to heal the mind, body and spirit. It is calming and relaxing to the body, helps to strengthen and stabilize the emotions and bring relief into seemingly hopeless situations. Encourages confidence, joy, peace and security. Helps to bring everything into focus of one and the same moment.
  • SPRUCE – grounds the body, creating balance and opening necessary to give and receive. YL Spruce trees come from under the northern lights where they are charges with a tremendous about of energy. Helps release emotional blocks and helps enhance our communication with God
  • YLANG YLANG– balances male and female energies so you can move closer to being in spiritual attunement, allowing ones mind freedom to focus your thoughts, filtering out the ever-present distractions. Brings back feelings of self- love. Used for calming, relaxation, mood elevation, stress relief, mental fatigue and tension. Also helps release anger, rage and low self esteem

⏳ IDEAS FOR USE – TOPICAL/ AROMATIC ⏳

  • Diffuse to help you focus on the here and now so you can get beyond your past and move into the present
  • Rub a few drops over the back of the neck
  • Put Present time on the back of neck and behind your ears and go for a walk with the intention of mindfulness- focusing on your steps, the sounds of leaves crunching beneath your feet, the shapes of the leaves and the smells around you, etc.
  • Diffuse while meditating or Scripture Study
  • Diffuse and perform a body scan, focusing from your feet to the top of your head
  • Diffuse or inhale while doing mindfulness exercises
  • Inhale and journal – write affirmations like, “I let go of my past” or “I experience the joy of the present”. Reflect on what holds you back from living in the moment. Why is it so significant?
  • Add a few drops to bath water for a relaxing, be-in-the-moment soak
  • Apply to the crown of the head, back of the neck, inside the ears or on the wrists
