👣 FUN FACTS 👣

This blend of seven essential oils was specifically formulated to ground and balance our emotions. A high frequency oil, 140MHz is a spiritual oil that opens our hearts and minds to a higher state of being, so we don’t lose sight of what truly matters- hence we stay grounded and rooted in what is true.

👣 WHAT IT DOES 👣

This oil will stabilize and calm a person or animal on first application. This is a good oil for those who make poor choices in relationships, work or home because they simply are in denial of their own true reality. We can be easily excited about new ideas or want to escape into our own fantasy world. Or we imagine things about our circumstances that aren’t even true. When this happens, we allow our emotions to control us rather than making wise choices that will lead to desirable results. This blend helps calm the emotions, get us thinking clearly and deal with reality so we don’t get stuck and can’t move forward.

Removing an excess electrical charge from an object is called grounding.  Removing an excess emotional charge can also be a form of grounding.

Tree and root oils are wonderful to help you get reconnected.  If you picture the root system of a tree as an extension of your feet you’ll get a visual feel for what it means to be grounded as that root system anchors you to the earth.  Picture emotional energy/electricity coming from the earth up one leg and exiting out the other.  For me, being grounded does not mean “control”.  Instead, being grounded is letting things take its natural course.

  • WHITE FIR– stimulates the mind while simultaneously allowing the body to relax, creating a feeling of grounding, anchoring and empowerment
  • SPRUCE– grounds the body, creating balance and the opening necessary to receive and give. Receives powerful energy exchange from growing under the Northern Lights
  • YLANG YLANG– helps balance male/ female energies so one can focus the mind and achieve better spiritual attunement. Helps restore feeling of self- love, confidence and peace
  • PINE– amazing for respiratory support, Pine helps improve circulation and soothes mental stress, relieves anxiety and revitalizes the entire body
  • CEDARWOOD
  • exceptionally high in sesquiterpenes, this oils oxygenate the brain and enhances spiritual awareness, communication with the Creator
  • ANGELICA – helps one release and let go of negative feelings
  • JUNIPER– evokes feelings of health, love and peace. It also helps to elevate one’s spiritual awareness

👣 IDEAS FOR USE – TOPICAL/AROMATIC 👣

  • Dilute and apply it directly behind the ears and on the wrists, nape, and temples to help you feel grounded and ready to face everyday decisions.
  • Apply it topically in the morning to help start your day with a healthy perspective.
  • Inhale it directly or add 2–4 drops to your bath for a warm, comforting aroma.
  • Use the calming, balancing aroma while practicing yoga, meditating, or deep breathing
  • Wear as a perfume or cologne
  • Diffuse while journaling to gather your thoughts and reel in your emotions during times of stress.
  • Inhale or diffuse When there are too many thoughts in your head and you have a hard time focusing.
  • Diffuse/ Inhale when work, family, relationships can be the cause of distractions that leave you feeling unbalanced and you want to get back in focus
  • Everyone handles personal loss a bit differently.  Grounding can help you find an outlet for that grief.
  • Diffuse/ Inhale when you feel in a rut and lack the motivation to move forward
  • Diffuse/ Inhale when you feel overwhelmed by your endless to-do list and feel like you can’t possibly get it all done
  • Diffuse/ Inhale when you feel frozen by indecision and feel stressed about making the right decision. Grounding will help you be at peace with the decision that I make.
  • Diffuse/ Inhale to remember what is really important in life
  • Diffuse/ Inhale before or at family gatherings when tension can run high
  • Diffuse/ Inhale when you feel torn or pulled in multiple directions at once
  • Diffuse/ Inhale when you feel like your control is slipping- this helps you remember that control is merely an illusion anyways, and if gives a sense of peace in the chaos

Harmony is one of the six powerful oils in the Young Living Feelings Kit- specifically formulated to establish spiritual and emotional harmony within us, this blend of SEVENTEEN oils includes some of the most precious and highest frequency oils on planet earth! Documented uses for Harmony oil are: Abundance, abuse, agitation, anger, apathy, argumentative, balance, blocks, chakras, clearing, confusion, day-dreaming, deodorant,  disappointment, electrical problems in the body, fear, grief/sorrow, guilt, harmony in systems, emotional heart, jealousy, being in the moment, fear, protection, resentment, restlessness, shock, stress, tension and well being.

🌈 WHAT’S IN IT 🌈

  • LAVENDER– oils of relaxation, traditionally known to balance the body and work wherever there is a need
  • SANDALWOOD – like frankincense- high in sesquiterpenes, which increases the amount of oxygen to the pineal (gland in the brain known as the third eye that produces hormones, notably melatonin) and pituitary gland (gland in the brain that secretes hormones in to the blood) This oxygenation improves ones attitude, alleviates depression and assists in removing negative programming from the cells of the body.
  • YLANG YLANG– Helps balance male/ female energies, allowing one to focus thoughts and move closer to spiritual attunement. Brings back feelings of self- love, joy, confidence and peace
  • FRANKINCENSE– high in sesquiterpenes which oxygenate the pineal and pituitary glands, improving ones attitude and outlook. One of the ingredients for the holy incense of the Bible, frankincense was used anciently to enhance one’s communication with the creator
  • ORANGE– brings peace and happiness to the mind and body, and joy to the heart. Provides emotional support to help one overcome depression
  • ANGELICA– helps one release and let go of negative feelings
  • GERANIUM– helps with hormonal balance, liver and kidney functions and discharge of toxins from the body
  • HYSSOP– used by Moses for the Lord’s Passover in Egypt, Hyssop is referred to over and over in the Bible as an oil of cleansing- stimulated meditation and promotes centering
  • SPRUCE grounds the body, creating the balance and opening necessary to receive and to give. It also helps one release emotional blocks.
  • SAGE LAVENDER– helps harmonize and balance the emotions and reduce stress-related conditions
  • ROSEWOOD– soothing to the skin and appeasing to the mind, relaxing to the body- it creates a feeling of peace and gentleness
  • LEMON stimulating and energizing, it’s fragrance is also purifying and invigorating, lifting the spirits
  • JASMINE  uplifting to the emotions, it produces a feeling of confidence, energy, euphoria and optimism
  • ROMAN CHAMOMILE– helps reduce irritability and minimize nervousness in children, especially hyperactive children. Calming
  • BERGAMOT– soothing to the endocrine system and to the hormones, it uplifts and calms the emotions, helps relieve anxiety, stress and tension
  • PALMAROSA– strengthens one’s feeling of security, helps reduce stress and tension and promotes recovery from nervous exhaustion. It uplifts the emotions and refreshes the mind, helping to clarify thoughts. Inhaling Palmarosa also has a normalizing effect on the Thyroid
  • ROSE– highest frequency of  all the oils, rose helps enhance the frequency of every cell, bringing balance and harmony to the body

🌈 IDEAS FOR USE – TOPICAL/AROMATIC 🌈

  • Apply several drops (2-4) on ears, throat, spine, wrists, neck, thymus or feet
  • Apply to chakras/vitaflex points
  • Directly inhale, or
  • Diffuse.
  • Apply to the 7 energy centers of the body- Basically imagine a line going up your body from your pubis to the top of your head– there are 7 centers that move up that line!
    • Tailbone
    • 2 inches below belly button
    • 2 inches above belly button
    • Over the heart
    • Throat (or back of neck)
    • Center of forehead
    • Crown of head
  • Diffuse or inhale while journaling- affirmations and questions to consider: “My heart is open to give and receive love” or “I can express myself completely”. Try to keep your mind open and take note of any thoughts which arise. Why did they show up? What do they mean?
  • Diffuse Inhale to keep the balance when the kids aren’t getting along
  • Diffuse/ Inhale at family gatherings or holiday family events when tensions can run high
  • Diffuse/ Inhale during emotionally exhausting times such as the loss of a loved one, to help keep your balance
  • Diffuse/ Inhale at the end of an emotionally charged day to find your center again

Concentrating on the past or worrying about the future can be counterproductive.  Present Time essential oil blend has an empowering scent that heightens the feeling of “being in the moment”.

⏳ WHAT’S IN IT ⏳

  • NEROLI (orange blossom)a natural tranquilizer, helps with anxiety, nervous tension, shock, depression. Regarded traditionally by the Egyptians for its great ability to heal the mind, body and spirit. It is calming and relaxing to the body, helps to strengthen and stabilize the emotions and bring relief into seemingly hopeless situations. Encourages confidence, joy, peace and security. Helps to bring everything into focus of one and the same moment.
  • SPRUCE – grounds the body, creating balance and opening necessary to give and receive. YL Spruce trees come from under the northern lights where they are charges with a tremendous about of energy. Helps release emotional blocks and helps enhance our communication with God
  • YLANG YLANG– balances male and female energies so you can move closer to being in spiritual attunement, allowing ones mind freedom to focus your thoughts, filtering out the ever-present distractions. Brings back feelings of self- love. Used for calming, relaxation, mood elevation, stress relief, mental fatigue and tension. Also helps release anger, rage and low self esteem

⏳ IDEAS FOR USE – TOPICAL/ AROMATIC ⏳

  • Diffuse to help you focus on the here and now so you can get beyond your past and move into the present
  • Rub a few drops over the back of the neck
  • Put Present time on the back of neck and behind your ears and go for a walk with the intention of mindfulness- focusing on your steps, the sounds of leaves crunching beneath your feet, the shapes of the leaves and the smells around you, etc.
  • Diffuse while meditating or Scripture Study
  • Diffuse and perform a body scan, focusing from your feet to the top of your head
  • Diffuse or inhale while doing mindfulness exercises
  • Inhale and journal – write affirmations like, “I let go of my past” or “I experience the joy of the present”. Reflect on what holds you back from living in the moment. Why is it so significant?
  • Add a few drops to bath water for a relaxing, be-in-the-moment soak
  • Apply to the crown of the head, back of the neck, inside the ears or on the wrists
